Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti reassured the Royal Club's fans about Dani Carvajal's condition, when he ruled out that his recent injury in the Granada match was serious.
The right-back left the match at half-time due to excitement, but this did not greatly affect the Merengues, who achieved a 2-0 victory and maintained the top spot in La Liga.
In the press conference after the match, Ancelotti was asked about Carvajal's condition, and he replied, "The injury does not seem serious. He will undergo careful examinations tomorrow so we can find out everything. I think he is suffering from muscle overload."
He also added, praising Toni Kroos, "He is unique, and he always has the best solution. It is really difficult to replace him in matches, as he can never be replaced."
Barcelona will meet Atletico Madrid on Sunday evening, and Ancelotti was asked about the result he prefers between the two greats, and he replied, “I do not prefer one over the other. I will watch the match to enjoy it. I hope the team that will play better will win.”
