Ancelotti: Surprised by Bellingham and El Clásico just three points

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti expressed surprise at Jude Bellingham's performance against Barcelona, noting that he too was surprised by the England international's shot that led to the first goal.

Real fell behind in the Clásico thanks to Ilkay Gundogan's goal in the sixth minute, before Bellingham opened the scoring for the guests in the 68th minute with a strong shot, and then the Englishman returns to score the second goal in the last minute and gives his team the three points.

Ancelotti spoke about Bellingham after the game, saying: "We are all surprised by what he offers, his shot was surprising today, but he always scores many goals and proves his presence and achieves our goal."

Despite the first goal in the world, Bellingham did not celebrate and asked for the ball to come back and try to score the second, and Ancelotti commented on it by saying, "It's a very good attitude from him, our goal was not to draw but to win."

"His goal completely changed the game, he gave us more energy and weakened Barcelona, who until then were the better side."

As for the value of winning, "digitally, winning with just three points on a stadium is very difficult, and this season we have played five games on difficult stadiums, but the season is still long, Barcelona is a great team and we have to fight until the end."

"It was a good game from both teams, and it's normal for this type of game to include respect from both teams," he said when asked about the performance.

It is noteworthy that the victory raised Real Madrid's balance to 28 points to equal the lead with Girona with the advantage of goals for Ancelotti's battalion, while Barcelona's balance froze at 24 points in third place.
