Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti believes that Xavi Hernandez is a great coach and person, but he believes that the future of coaches in general is determined based on results, so it is not surprising that the Barcelona coach has been subjected to criticism recently.

When Ancelotti was asked about Xavi previously saying that Barcelona is the most difficult club to coach and the extent to which he agrees with that, the Italian said, “I don’t really know what is the most difficult, but the criticism that coaches are exposed to is part of this job.”
He also added, "This job is controlled by results, and it is the criterion for judging you as a coach, not the method or ideas. What determines our future is whether we win or not."
He concluded in this regard by saying, "Coaches must accept this reality, and Xavi is well aware of this. For me, Xavi is a great professional and a truly great coach."
It is noteworthy that Xavi and Ancelotti met in 8 previous matches in all tournaments, and each of them won 4 and lost the same, and they have never drawn.
While Xavi's future is at stake, the constant talk about Ancelotti is about him continuing at Real Madrid beyond next summer, and to that, he replied, "If the club is happy, then I am happy. If they want me to stay, we will not face problems."
