Barcelona resorts to Lewandowski's agent to save its season!

Barcelona president Joan Laporta

Sport reported that Barcelona president Joan Laporta held a meeting with the famous player's agent Pini Zahavi in a Catalan restaurant on Tuesday.

The purpose of this meeting was not to talk about the future of Robert Lewandowski, Zahavi's client, but rather to urge the famous agent to search for a midfielder for Barcelona.

Other reports attributed Barcelona's reliance on Zahavi to move towards contracting Joshua Kimmich, specifically in light of his strong relationship with Bayern Munich players and management.

In general, Barcelona wants to replace Gavi in midfield, and will try to comply with the rules of financial fair play and bring in a new player, and Zahavi will be one of the most important means of achieving this goal.

Kimmich's contract with Bayern Munich expires in the summer of 2025, and everything is moving towards his departure next summer after his difference in sports vision with the coach and the management of the Bavarian club.

As for Lewandowski's future, Zahavi was clear in his speech after this meeting, when he was captured by the cameras and asked about it, saying, "Lewa will definitely stay with Barcelona."

It is noteworthy that Spanish newspapers confirmed that Lewandowski's departure at the end of the season is possible after his level declined and because of his huge salary, while reports emerged talking about the possibility of him leaving Camp Nou in the winter as well.
