Bellingham, Real Madrid player and top scorer in the Spanish League

Jude Bellingham continued to shine with Real Madrid, this time after surpassing the historic record of Royal Club legend Cristiano Ronaldo.

The English international scored a goal during Real Madrid's 3-0 victory over Cadiz, which resulted in Carlo Ancelotti's squad temporarily topping the Spanish League standings.

This goal was Billingham's 14th in the first 15 times he played for Real Madrid in all tournaments, and it is the best record for any player in the history of the Merengue, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored 13 goals in the same number of matches.

Ronaldo shared this historic number with legends such as Alfredo Di Stefano and Prudence Fola, but the 20-year-old came to write a history that will remain immortal for long periods at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Bellingham joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2023 from Borussia Dortmund for 100 million euros, and quickly succeeded in becoming one of Los Blancos' most important players.

The Englishman scored 11 goals in the Spanish League, making them the top scorer, in addition to scoring 4 other goals in the Champions League.

It remains to be noted that Spanish newspaper reports talked about Bellingham playing the Cadiz match with painkillers due to his not fully recovering from his shoulder injury.
