"Enrique's gift" makes Mbappé happy on his birthday

Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique gave Kylian Mbappé a very special gift on his 25th birthday.

Mbappe's birthday coincided with the match between PSG and Metz in the French League, so Enrique gave him a gift in a somewhat unusual way.

This gift was to give his brother, Ethan, the opportunity to participate for the first time with the Paris Saint-Germain first team.

Unlike Kylian, Ethan plays as a defensive midfielder and is only 16 years old, but is viewed as one of the biggest talents in French football.

Ethan was present at the Parc des Princes Stadium in the last two minutes of the Metz match, which ended with a 3-1 victory for Paris Saint-Germain.

Ethan's participation was a compliment to Kilian, and the duo looked happy and exchanged hugs and smiles after the final whistle.

French newspapers previously indicated that Mbappe's mother, Fayez Lamari, wants to decide Ethan's fate first, before Egypt decides for her other son.

Perhaps Enrique wanted to tempt Kylian with the idea of his brother continuing and being part of the club’s ideas in the coming period, to convince him to renew his contract, which expires in the summer of 2024.
