History says.. Real Madrid await a crushing defeat from Barcelona today!

History is on Barcelona's side when talking about the Clásico against Real Madrid, which will take place on Saturday evening, October 28, 2023 at the Luis Combanes Olympic Stadium.

The Catalan club have never met their royal counterparts in any match on such a date, except once, in 2018.

At that time, coach Ernesto Valverde's battalion rained down on its counterpart five goals to one, in the first Clasico for goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois at the time and in the absence of the legend "Blaugrana" Lionel Messi due to injury.

This match witnessed a very great glow by Luis Suarez, who scored a hat-trick, while the rest of the quintet came through Felipe Coutinho and Arturo Vidal, and Real's only goal was scored by Brazilian full-back Marcelo.

Surprisingly, Barcelona's five-goal squad has only one player, Sergi Roberto, who will miss the 2023 game due to injury.

As for Real Madrid, many of the players who have suffered this defeat are still present at the Santiago Bernabéu, such as Nacho, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Lucas Vázquez and Fede Valverde, along with the injured duo of Thibaut Courtois and Dani Ceballos.
