Milan fans 'ambush' Paris Saint-Germain fans result in serious injury to fan

The newspaper "Corriere dello Sport" stated that Milan fans have ambushed the fans of Paris Saint-Germain in the city of Milan hours before the match of the two teams in the Champions League.

PSG fans traveled to Milan to support their team in the hope of repeating the victory over the Italian club after winning the first leg at the Parc des Princes stadium with 3-0.

Sharp clashes broke out between the two fans in the city of Milan, where Milan fans detonated firecrackers, then fired smoke bombs at the fans of Paris, and then began the human attack that required urgent intervention from the Italian police forces.

According to the announcement, a Paris Saint-Germain fan was taken to hospital in critical condition with two stab wounds, and other fans of the French club and a policeman were injured.

Italian police have not succeeded in arresting those who carried out this act so far, and are supposed to carry out double security measures in San Siro to prevent the situation from happening again.

It is noteworthy that Paris Saint-Germain leads the group standings with 6 points and then Newcastle and Dortmund with 4 points each, while Milan is at the bottom of the group standings with 2 points.
