Paris Saint-Germain is “more united” after the departure of Messi and Neymar!

Le Parisien newspaper reported that the atmosphere has become more positive inside the Paris Saint-Germain locker room after the departure of Lionel Messi and Neymar from the team last summer.

“The Flea”’s contract with PSG expired at the end of last season, and he left for free to Inter Miami. As for Neymar, Al Hilal paid 90 million euros to sign him.

According to Le Parisien, the departure of the duo made the Paris Saint-Germain locker room more united.

Not only that, but the PSG substitutes felt that the way was now open for them to participate in the matches, after it had been blocked in light of the presence of the duo with Kylian Mbappe and the necessity of their presence on the field in every match.

In addition, with the departure of Neymar and Messi, Luis Enrique has the opportunity for different tactical options, or in other words, this provided more tactical flexibility for the Spanish coach than if they were present in his team.

At the end of its report, the newspaper indicated that a player like Fabian Ruiz feels more comfortable, and whether he or the rest of the Paris substitutes, everyone has a greater sense of common purpose and collectiveness, compared to last year.

Paris Saint-Germain leads the French League this season, but is in second place in its group standings in the Champions League so far.
