Revealing Hannibal Mejbri new team

Hannibal Mejbri has settled on his next destination this January, after the Manchester United management decided to loan him out to gain some minutes.

Mejbri had apologized for not participating with the Tunisian national team in the African Cup of Nations so that he could devote himself to his future and decide his fate.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Mejbri decided to join Sevilla, after great interest from the Andalusian club in signing him.

The Tunisian international received interest from Germany's Freiburg and France's Olympique Marseille, but the player himself prefers to join Sevilla.

Negotiations are underway between the United management and its counterpart in Seville at the present time to discuss the terms of the loan.

Sevilla may be granted a purchase eligibility clause in the summer, but in this case United management requires that a buy-back clause be included at a reduced value for the 21-year-old.

It is noteworthy that Manchester United has renewed Mejbri's contract for another year in the next few days, a clear indication that he is part of the club’s future plans.
