Kylian Mbappe has made no secret of his happiness by reaching the 300th goal of his career, but he has reiterated that his ambition is even greater given that there are players who have scored more than 800 goals in their careers.

Mbappe scored a hat-trick in France's biggest win in history over Gibraltar 14-0, bringing his total goals, whether with Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain or with the national team, to 300 goals, while he has not yet completed his twenty-fifth year.

Although Messi and Ronaldo could not achieve this feat as they needed more time to score 300 goals, Mbappe spoke as if he had done nothing.

The Paris Saint-Germain star told the press: "Goals are just a step, there are some players who have scored 800 or 850 goals in their careers."

"Of course I'm happy with 300 goals, but I have to keep moving forward and improving at the club and the national team."

" Reaching 300 goals is a new achievement for me, but it remains in second place, because the team has performed exceptionally collectively, it's just a step, and I strive to be decisive permanently."

Messi's total number of goals reached 848 goals in 1098 games in all competitions, while Cristiano Ronaldo scored 865 goals in 1195 games.
