Manchester United announces the release of its star to Bundesliga

Manchester United announced in an official statement that it had reached an agreement with the Eintracht Frankfurt management to loan Donny van de Beek to them, starting this January until the end of the season.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the German club paid a small price to obtain Van de Beek's services on loan, and the loan contract also includes a clause with the right to purchase next summer.

Frankfurt can include Van de Beek for only 11 million euros in the summer, with another 3 million in variables, knowing that United bought the player in the summer of 2020 for 40 million euros from Ajax.

The 26-year-old failed to secure a starting seat at Old Trafford, and was loaned once to Everton, where he also did not succeed in providing the same levels he did in an Ajax shirt.

Van de Beek played only 21 minutes this season with Manchester United, and in total he played 62 matches for the Red Devils, during which he scored two goals and made two assists.

Van de Beek's departure is supposed to be the beginning of the departure of other redundant players at United, led by Anthony Martial, whose contract expires at the end of this season.
