Saudi press reports stated that Kevin De Bruyne, the Manchester City player, is receiving great interest from a Saudi club, but surprisingly, he is active in the Yellow League (second division).

The Belgian international's contract with Manchester City expires in the summer of 2025, and in light of the many injuries he has suffered recently, the most likely direction is to allow him to leave in the summer of 2024 and not renew his contract.

Saudi Arabia has emerged as a potential destination for De Bruyne, amid rumors that Al-Nasr Club has already contacted its agent to convince him of this move, but now the newspapers are talking about another name, which is Al-Qadisiyah Club, which is active in the second division.

Al-Qadisiyah, which has a long history, intends to try to sign the 32-year-old if he succeeds in returning to the Roshen League, after three consecutive years spent in the second division.

Although the ancient club is in the second division, it includes a number of distinguished players, such as Andrea Carrillo, the former Al Hilal player, Alexander Huck, and Alvaro Gonzalez, and is coached by the famous Spanish coach Miguel Gonzalez.

Al-Qadisiyah occupies third place in the Yellow League standings, which is enough for it to qualify for the Roshen League, after 11 rounds have passed since the start of the competition so far.

Al-Qadisiyah will give De Bruyne a very huge financial offer to tempt him to be the hero of the new project, which is expected to follow the model of the Al-Ettifaq project led by Steven Gerrard.

It remains to be noted that De Bruyne's position on going to Saudi Arabia remains ambiguous, as some reports said that the City player would prefer, if he left Etihad Stadium, to head to the American League.
