Paris Saint-Germain completes its first winter deal

Player Gabriel Moscardo

Journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the Paris Saint-Germain administration has already concluded its first deal in the winter transfer market.

The French club will include player Gabriel Moscardo from Corinthians in order to strengthen the midfield, based on the desire of coach Luis Enrique.

According to the Italian journalist, the deal will cost PSG's coffers 20 million euros, in addition to another 2 million euros in variables.

Previously, the basic plan was for Paris to sign Moscardo this winter and then loan him out, but Enrique's desire for a midfielder urgently made things change.

The 18-year-old Moscardo is classified as one of the best talents in Brazil, and is considered one of the most prominent defensive midfielders at his age, and is expected to make a great addition to Paris Saint-Germain.

It is noteworthy that PSG also wants to include a defender next January, in light of the team’s multiple injuries, the most recent of which is Kimpembe.
