Revealing the approximate date for Cristiano Ronaldo's retirement from football

Belgium national team coach Roberto Martinez revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo will most likely retire after the 2026 World Cup.

Although Ronaldo is 38 years old, he maintains his body and structure like a 20-year-old, which may help him last longer on the field.

According to Martinez, in media statements, Ronaldo clearly told him that he wanted to reach 250 international matches with the Portugal national team.

The Saudi Al-Nasr star has 205 matches with Portugal so far, and considering the next Euro, as well as the World Cup and European Nations League qualifiers, and even the World Cup itself, reaching 250 is possible, provided that he continues until 2026.

It seems that there is another factor motivating Ronaldo to continue, as he previously announced, which is his son, who promised him that they would play together in one team one day.

Putting all these things together, it appears that Ronaldo will not leave the world of football before 2026, unless he is struck by a serious injury or a new grandfather.

It is noteworthy that Ronaldo also dreams of winning the World Cup with the Portugal national team, and when he failed to do so in 2022, he did not stop crying, so the opportunity may allow him in light of the distinguished generation of sailors when they go to the North American World Cup in 2026.
