Ronaldo imprints on Al-Nassr's victory over Al-Wahda in the Saudi league



Al-Nassr continued its winning streak and achieved a 3-1 victory over Al-Wahda in the match that was held at King Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium at the end of the 13th round of the Saudi League.


Since defeat in the second round, Al Nassr have only known a win or draw over the course of 11 games in the ROSHN League.


Al Nassr last suffered a defeat on August 18 at the hands of Al Taawun, after which they won 17 matches in all competitions, drawing only one against Abha 2-2.


Alex Telles took the lead for the guests in the 11th minute, then Abdelilah Omari scored the second goal for Luis Castro's battalion in the 39th minute, before Cristiano Ronaldo added the third goal in the 49th minute, while Al Wahda's only goal came through Anselmo in the 81st minute.

The win raised Al Nassr's balance to 31 points and is second place, but remains 4 points away from leaders Al Hilal.


Al-Alami will face Al-Hilal in the next round of the ROSHN League on Friday, December 1, after returning from the international break.


It remains to be noted that Ronaldo's goal raised his scoring tally in the league to 13 goals, 3 goals ahead of the nearest pursuers, Al-Hilal striker Aleksandar Mitrovic.
