Al Hilal defeated its guest, Nessaji, 2-1, in the match that was held at Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium at the end of the group stage matches of the AFC Champions League.

After defeating Navbahor in the last round away from home, Al Hilal ensured its qualification to the round of 16. However, the Georgi Jesus battalion showed great seriousness in the Nesaji match despite its lack of importance for both teams.

Michel Delgado scored the lead goal for Al Hilal in the fourth minute, then Salem Al Dosari scored the second goal in the 54th minute, before Mohamed Qaed Rahmati reduced the score in the 77th minute.

But between the two halves of the match, everyone was surprised when Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou left and substitute goalkeeper Habib Al-Watian came in his place.

After great concern, Okaz newspaper revealed that Bono is not suffering from a serious injury, but rather it is just a muscle strain, as a result of which Jesus decided to rest him and not risk him in an unimportant match.

But at the same time, it is expected that the former Seville goalkeeper will be absent from the field for a period that may reach a week or 10 days, which threatens his participation in the match between Al-Taawoun in the King’s Cup and Al-Wahda in the Saudi League next week.

It is noteworthy that Bono participated this season with Al-Hilal in 17 matches in all tournaments, and succeeded in keeping 15 clean sheets, the last of which was in the Riyadh derby against Al-Nassr.
