Declan Rice makes Arsenal history thanks to his late goals!

Declan Rice is the biggest transfer deal in Arsenal's history

Declan Rice is the biggest transfer deal in Arsenal's history, after the London club paid 100 million pounds to sign him last summer, and it seems that the former West Ham star has decided to enter history from a portal other than money as well.

Rice scored a deadly goal that led to a 4-3 victory for the Gunners over Luton Town with a header in the 97th minute, keeping Arsenal at the top of the English Premier League standings for another round.

This was the second fatal goal that Rice scored with Arsenal, the first goal was against Manchester United in the 95th minute as well, with which he led his team to a 3-1 victory and achieved three valuable points at the Emirates Stadium.

According to the Opta network, Rice is the third player in Arsenal's history to score two decisive goals after the 90th minute in one season, after the legends Ian Wright (1993-1994 and 1995-1996) and Nicklas Bendtner (2009-2010).

Not only that, but the timing of Rice's goal in the 97th minute made him the scorer of the most late winner in Arsenal's modern history in an away match.

In addition to the historical records recorded by Rice, he broke Arsenal’s knot against Luton Town, by achieving the first victory in the last 10 confrontations between the two teams in all tournaments.

It is noteworthy that Rice, 24 years old, has played 22 matches with Arsenal so far in all tournaments, and succeeded in scoring 3 goals and assisting two others.
