Klopp on Tierney: a crazy decision by someone who knows nothing about football!

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp attacked the referee of his team's match against Burnley, describing what he did as "insanity."

Paul Tierney, the referee of the match, canceled a goal for Liverpool after using video technology, claiming that Mohamed Salah interfered with the ball and obstructed the Burnley goalkeeper’s vision.

After the match, Klopp spoke about this decision, saying, “Only someone who has never played football would call this ball offside.”

He also added, "It's really crazy to see such decisions. We need the referees to provide correct explanations of the rules and why they made these strange decisions."

This is not the first time that Klopp has attacked Paul Tierney, and when asked again about the referee, he replied, “Yes, he himself, he always does that,” indicating that the referee always makes controversial and illogical decisions.

Fortunately for Tierney this time, the disallowed goal did not affect the course of the match, and Liverpool succeeded in winning 2-0 and temporarily topping the English Premier League standings again.
