Andre Onana, Manchester United goalkeeper, downplayed the impact of the crowd atmosphere at Anfield on him during his team's match against Liverpool in the 17th round of the English Premier League.

The Cameroonian goalkeeper, who is subject to a lot of criticism, succeeded in getting a clean sheet from the Reds' stronghold, in the match that ended in a goalless draw.

After the match, Onana was asked by the media about the extent to which the atmosphere at Anfield affected him, and he replied, “No, I did not feel anything.”

He also added, "It is good to get a clean sheet, but the most important thing is to win."

He continued, "When you are part of a big club like Manchester United, you have to win no matter what the field is and whoever the opponent is."

This was United's first draw this season in the Premier League, leaving them in seventh place with 28 points.

This is the ninth time this season that Onana has succeeded in getting a clean sheet, and perhaps it is the most valuable considering that United lost 7-0 at Anfield last season.
