Tottenham players celebrate during the Manchester City match

Heung-Min Son scored Tottenham's lead goal against Manchester City, in the match that brought them together at Etihad Stadium in the 14th round of the English Premier League.

This goal was historic by all standards for Son, as it made him the first player in the history of the English Premier League to score at the stadium of 4 different Premier League champions in their second season of winning the title.

The South Korean scored goals against Leicester City, Chelsea, and Liverpool in the season following their Premier League title and in their stadiums, and now the achievement increases by adding Manchester City to the list.

But Son's positive achievement was offset by another record, but very negative, after he accidentally scored an own goal for Pep Guardiola's squad.

The difference between his goal against City and the goal he scored by mistake was only 127 seconds, making him the second player in the history of the Premier League to score a goal and then score an own goal in the first 10 minutes. Gareth Barry in the match between Charlton and Aston Villa was the first to do it in 1999. .

There is no doubt that Scoone was angry about this own goal, as it was followed by a second goal for City, scored by Phil Foden, which gave the advantage to the hosts.

It is noteworthy that this season, after his goal at City, Son has now scored a total of 9 goals in 14 matches in all tournaments.
