Manchester United coach Erik Ten Hag believes that his team was able to win against Liverpool, while Jurgen Klopp believes that the Reds had dominance in the match that even surpassed their dominance when they won 7-0 last season.

United succeeded in coming out with a clean sheet from Anfield and snatching an important point after a series of stumbles, while Liverpool was greatly harmed by losing first place to Arsenal.

Ten Hag spoke after the match, saying, "This is a very good performance. I watched Liverpool's results at home and we came out with a clean sheet. In the second half we had some very good chances."

He also added, "If you want to win at Anfield, you have to take advantage of the opportunities, but we did not do that, and yet we are happy with the team's performance."

The Dutch coach concluded his speech, "My team deserves praise. We performed exceptionally well in defense and had great spirit and desire. We lost badly last year and of course we wanted to take revenge for that. The players must always continue fighting as happened today."

For his part, Jurgen Klopp told the media after the match, "I don't remember that we dominated a match against United like today. Even when we won 7-0, they were in the match more than today."

The German continued, "I think they are happy and feel good compared to us. For us, it is a point and we have to move forward and try to win the upcoming matches."

Klopp concluded by saying, "There were many good things today. What I did not like was that we did not score. We had a chance and I liked our intensity. Perhaps it was the best time we applied pressure since the formation of this team."
