The international break may not be a favorite of many football fans, but the November break will be different from any other stoppage, as it contains a huge number of important matches in the Arab world and globally.


The ongoing break will see the start of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in Africa and Asia, as well as crucial matches in the Euro 2024 qualifiers, with the World Cup qualifiers continuing in South America.

Egypt

Egypt will play two matches in the opening matches of the World Cup qualifiers for the continent of Africa.


The first match will be against Djibouti on Thursday (November 16th), at 6pm Cairo time.


The second match will be against Sierra Leone on Sunday, November 19 at 6 pm Cairo time.


Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia will also play two matches in the second round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.


The first match will be against Uzbekistan on Thursday, November 16 at half past seven Mecca time.


The other match will be against Jordan on Tuesday, November 21 at 8 pm Mecca time.


Morocco

Morocco were supposed to play their first qualifying match against Eritrea on Thursday, but their opponents withdrew from the competition.


Walid Regraki's battalion will play one match against Tanzania on Tuesday (November 21st), kicking off at 8pm Moroccan time.


Algeria

Like Egypt, Algeria will play two matches, the first against Somalia on Thursday (November 16th ) at 5pm Algerian time.


On Tuesday (November 21st ), the Sahara Warriors will face Mozambique in a match that will be played at 2pm Algerian time.
