A new Egyptian king and Algerian brilliance. Arabs shine against Dortmund in the Bundesliga

Borussia Dortmund drew 3-3 with Eintracht Frankfurt in a hard-fought match in the ninth round of the Bundesliga.

The "Arab brilliance" dominated the course of the match, as Omar Marmouche succeeded in scoring the first and second goals for Frankfurt, before Algerian Fares Chaibi scored the third goal for the Eagles.

Frankfurt wrote on his official account on X the phrase "our Egyptian king" in reference to Marmoush, a nickname that Mohamed Salah is famous for with Liverpool in recent years.

Frankfurt has another Arab, Tunisian star Elias Skhiri, who participated in the match but did not succeed in scoring.

Dino Toppmuller's battalion did not manage to maintain its lead twice against Dortmund, after a Marmouche double in the first half, the Festival Lions returned with goals from Sabitzer and Mukoko, then the lead came again from Schaebe, but Julian Brandt equalized in the 82nd minute.

Marmoush's goal tally raised his tally to 4 in the Bundesliga with Frankfurt, along with 4 other goals in the German Cup and the Europa Conference League, to be his team's top scorer this season with a total of 8 goals.

As for Fares Chaibi, this goal was his first goal for the prestigious German club in all competitions, after joining him last summer from Toulouse.
